DirectionsLocated in Croom, Maryland, southeast of Upper Marlboro. From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take Exit 11A, (Pennsylvania Avenue), Route 4 east for 8 miles. Take Route 301 south for 1.7 miles. Turn left on Croom Station Road and continue for 1.6 miles. Turn left on Croom Road (Route 382) and proceed for 1.5 miles. Turn left on Croom Airport Road and continue for 2 miles. From Routes 50/301, take Route 301 south for 15 miles. Turn left onto Croom Station Road and continue for 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Croom Road (Route 382) and continue for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Croom Airport Road and continue for 2 miles.

CommentsThis facility is open 8 a.m. to dusk daily and is located in Patuxent River Park. Three public boat ramps, Jackson's Landing, Selby's Landing and the Clyde Watson Boating area, are located on the Patuxent River in Prince George's County. There is a campground near this site which is available year round, by reservation only. Payment is due at the time of registration. For more information contact the Patuxent River Park. - A special use permit is required for all vehicles towing trailers. - Permits are available on an annual or daily basis. - Permits can be purchased at the Visitors Center (Jug Bay Natural Area). Call 301-627-6074. - Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once lots are filled, access will be denied until space becomes available. - No overnight use permitted. - Personal watercraft (PWC) are only permitted to launch at Clyde Watson Boating Area (CWBA)
