| Comments | This site is a sandy beach suitable for launching canoes and kayaks (cartop boats) only. An entrance fee or permit is required. The park is open from 5:30 am - dusk (can vary by season.) This site is close to a major shipping channel so attention to safety and weather conditions is paramount if launching from this site. The park office is open to the public Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The park office is closed on weekends and holidays. Park amenities include a picnic area and playground. |
