| Comments | All boaters are asked to be out of the parks by the closing time posted at the ramp. Baltimore County does not charge a fee or require a permit to use boat ramps at any of its parks. However, boaters using the ramp at Rocky Point Park from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day are charged a trailer parking fee and individuals with kayaks, canoes and jet skis are charged the individual admission rate. |
